A 90-minute 1:1 coaching session. Using empathy and compassion to understand your needs, help you highlight key growth points and set clear goals for development.
Half-day or whole day consultancy service, supporting schools evaluate their SEND and inclusion provision. Focus can be on individual, whole class or whole school.
Whole day training sessions, focusing on key aspects of inclusion. Small group sizes enable participants to be actively involved in discussions.

Andrew Earl
I have over 20 years experience working in the education sector. I have always been passionate about ensuring all children are included and given the opportunity to thrive.
Following a successful teaching and leadership journey in primary education, I joined Stockport Local Authority as restorative approaches lead practitioner. This led me to understanding the power of compassion in helping children, adults, families and teams to heal, learn, grow and thrive. I have used my knowledge and skills in inclusion leadership roles across Greater Manchester.
As a qualified Level 3 counsellor and a certified Level 2 Oliver McGowan trainer, I enjoy putting all of my experience into practice through facilitating the development of others.
